Terms & Conditions 

Once the customer checks out from the shopping cart, the Terms and Conditions of Anna's Uniforms Online are officially accepted. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.


Return Policy

At Anna's Uniforms Online, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to provide returns and exchanges of merchandise adhering to the following policies:

  • Returns and exchanges require Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please e-mail (insert annas e-mail) to obtain authorization number.
  • Merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • For exchanges, the customer's credit card will be charged for any price difference between original purchase and exchange value as well as for return shipping.
  • For refunds, shipping charges are not refunded, only the price of the items purchased will be refunded.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled may NOT be exchanged or returned.
  • Items that have been monogrammed may NOT be returned.
  • Send returns and exchanges to the following address. Include the Return Merchandise Authorization number on package.

Shipping

Shipping charge varies according to the dollar amount of your purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded.


Cancellation 

Once order has been processed, the order cannot be canceled. Customer must accept delivery and follow return policy. If package is refused, the customer is subject to a 30% restock charge.


Missing Items 

It is the customer's responsibility to notify Anna's Uniforms Online within 5 days of receiving delivery if any items are missing. After 5 days, the shipment will be considered shipped in full and the customer's responsibility.


Taxes 

All sales are subject to a 6% Michigan sales tax.


Incorrect Address 

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address information. If the package was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer takes full responsibility to retrieve the package and will be responsible for the full cost of the items shipped.

 

Pricing and Promotion 

All of our products on our website have a price for sale. There are no products on our site that are free or for sale for zero dollars. On very rare occasions, a product may show a zero ($0) price. This may be an error caused by system updates.

In the event this occurs and the customer chooses to purchase this product, the customer will be responsible and will be charged for the normal price of this product, even though the invoice reads zero dollars for this product. If the purchase was made in error, then a return can be made for a full refund.
